Comments

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

What data we collect for bookings (Simply Schedule Appointments)
We use the Simply Schedule Appointments plugin for service bookings. This collects name, email, phone, appointment details, and any custom fields (like service notes) provided during booking. Booking data syncs with calendar services and sends confirmation emails. SSA does not store payment data directly; payments process through third-party gateways.
Who we share your data with
Booking information shares with WiFiLYNK staff for scheduling and service delivery. Email notifications go to customers and admin. No data sells to third parties. If you request a password reset, your IP address includes in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Booking records retain for 2 years after service completion for support and records. Comments and metadata retain indefinitely for recognition. Registered users store profile data until deleted. Administrators retain data needed for legal or security purposes.
What rights you have over your data
You can request export of personal data (comments, bookings, profile) or erasure. Contact us via site form. This excludes data required for legal, security, or service completion purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments check through automated spam detection. Booking confirmations send via email service. Calendar syncs use secure ICS feeds. Data stays within US servers.
